CNA Career Pathways Grant Program at ICC

ICC has been awarded a grant in the amount of $204,060 from the Edwards Settlement Fund to train 100 individuals (25 per year, over four years) in our Certified Nurses Aid (CNA) Program.

Who is eligible for the CNA Career Pathway Program?
The program targets low-income, minority, and individuals residing in areas having high unemployment and poverty.

Why should I apply?
The grant will pay the total student program costs (tuition, books, fees, uniforms, exams, and supplies).

Our Goal
Our goal is to assist the target population in obtaining a stackable credential that will lead to a family sustaining wage career. This pathway may lead an individual from CNA to Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to Registered Nurse (RN) or other healthcare profession.
